Cabo Pulmo is famous for scuba diving and snorkeling! Because of Cabo Pulmo's living coral reefs, an abundance of sea life is just waiting for you to come take a look. The reef system is now protected by Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park so the sea life continues to prosper and multiply. VILLA & CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO provide, free of charge, a fleet of sit-on-top ocean kayaks that you can paddle out to the reefs yourself for easy snorkeling. VILLA & CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO also provide a selection of snorkeling equipment for guests who don't bring their own.

When we use outfitter services, we usually go with Cabo Pulmo's Divers which is operated by a large, local Mexican family, which hosts most of the dive trips that Cabo San Lucas dive masters bring to Cabo Pulmo. When we use the services of a scuba outfitter, we always go with Mario at Cabo Pulmo Divers. They offer snorkel and dive trips, rental gear and tanks and all levels of scuba certification. Cabo Pulmo Divers captains are born-and-raised-in-Cabo-Pulmo-locals and are excellent boatmen and outstanding water men. They always have a dive master in the water with you and their panga captain follows divers' bubbles so the boat is waiting for you when you come up. Cabo Pulmo Divers don't have a phone, but we can make a reservation for you.
