No charge for children under two years of age.
All rates are subject to 12% Mexican tax.

We will FAX or e-mail you our Rental & Security Agreement for you to sign and return with your 25% deposit.
High & Low Season bookings - Final payment is due 60-days prior to reserved date.
Peak Season bookings - Final balance is due 90-days prior to reserved date.
