The guest residences are totally furnished, complete with all linens and towels, cookware, dishes and wine glasses in the cupboards, purified water taps in each kitchen, and books on library shelves, Tvs with DVD-VCR players in place, plus Dish Network satellite television in VILLA DEL MAR and CASA DEL MAR and Hughes satellite wireless internet in all the residences. Cabo Pulmo is a solar village. VILLA & CASA DEL MAR and EL NIDO boast the largest solar systems in the village, and have a 12-kw backup generator, so you will never run out of electrical power. You even have the option of using the existing bedroom air conditioning, which is not really necessary in Cabo Pulmo’s temperate climate, except during a few of the warmer summer months. The separate laundry building is located in a central location within the compound so it’s available to all guest residences; it features a washer and dryer, linen storage, folding counters and outdoor drying lines. The laundry building stores all guest supplies like paper goods, plastic bags, soaps and candles, plus all the movies, music, games, puzzles and more.

All the beach and ocean equipment you will need for the perfect beach holiday is included with purchase. You will find a fleet of Sit-On-Top Ocean Kayaks, life jackets, boogey boards, snorkel and scuba gear, beach chairs and umbrellas, windsurfing gear, and even a center- console Wahoo fishing boat complete with rods, reels and lures.
